Review by hotel critic
Upon entering Guadacorte Park for our gourmet getaway, we were pleasantly surprised by El Acebuche. The restaurant beckoned with its garden views, inviting us to savor a pre-dinner drink at the bar. As an interior designer attuned to aesthetic nuances, dining alfresco amidst the fragrant Jacaranda trees felt like a sensory delight straight out of a contemporary Spanish design catalogue. The culinary journey continued as we navigated through the bustling area of eateries nearby, finding comfort in the gastronomic excellence awaiting us at El Acebuche. The full breakfast buffet over weekends in July and August was a bountiful spread, a fusion of traditional flavors and modern flair that left our taste buds intrigued. In conclusion, Guadacorte Park offered a culinary oasis where every meal felt like a carefully curated experience, blending Spanish charm with innovative gastronomy. As we bid farewell, the aroma of La Josefa's nearby cafe lingered, a reminder of the vibrant culinary tapestry surrounding this design-forward haven.
